Had them sew LVC (lakes valley conference) patch on arm, pointed out patch was sewn the wrong way (the letters LVC are verticle and she sewed the patch so the letters LVC were horizontal) & she got angry & said I didnt tell her how to sew it on & I told her I shouldn't have to tell her to sew the patch upside right. She resewed it but left gathers on the bottom of the patch; she said it was because she had to resew it on the leather; no one sews with wrinkles gathered in one area, it's supposed to be sewn on smoothly like she did in the lst place. She also sewed part of the outside edge of the patch under the patch! I am done with this place, she charged me $20.00 and did a crappy job and was rude; I did not ask for her to restitich the patch as she is just intentionally ruining my jacket. I highly DO NOT recommend this place at all!
